Terms + Conditions

By applying and accepting a loan through FlexxBuy, you agree to the following terms: 

The Borrower is requesting a loan from Flexxbuy in order to cover the cost of Spray Tan Class courses/program.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises herein contained, the parties agree as follows: 

1. If Flexxbuy has agreed to lend the Borrower funds, the funds are to be used only for Spray Tan Class courses or products at X-Tan Sunless. The funds will be transferred directly to the Borrower's account. 
2. The Borrower must use the funds within 5-7 days of being funded. 
3. The Borrower shall be solely responsible for all fees, taxes, and expenses associated with the use of the funds. 
4. The Borrower must use the funds only for the purpose stated in this Agreement and any other uses or purposes are prohibited.
5. The Borrower agrees to provide Flexxbuy and Spray Tan Class with any information, documents, or other materials related to the use of the funds as requested. 
6. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
7. Should any dispute arise between the parties, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation, and if necessary, arbitration, in the State of California. 
8. Should the Borrower default on the terms of this Agreement, the Lender may declare the entire amount due and payable. 
9. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding between the parties and no other promises or agreements shall be enforceable unless in writing and signed by.

UPON PROCEEDING TO APPLY AND ACCEPT A LOAN, you agree to the terms above.
